Loved the breakfast. Loved the comfortable beds. Special thank you to the lady on the front counter who helped me with arranging a bus ticket from Kyoto station to Osaka international airport on Monday morning (27th March) when it was very busy. She went above and beyond in explaining everything to me. You have some exceptional staff - many thanks also to the gentleman who did the breakfast call-outs in a morning, he was very kind and considerate, as were all the staff.

We enjoyed our stay in the very comfortable room. The location was perfect for visiting two main attractions- the imperial palace and the castle. The service was extremely friendly.

Great location opposite the castle although our rooms faced the opposite side. Clean rooms if a little dated.

I liked the view of this room and I could easily see Nijo City. Therefore, I booked this room again after 7 years of visit in 2016.

Breakfast fantastic and location was fabulous too. Highlight of our stay at the hotel was the pillow service.

Excellent location. Just opposite nijio castle which is also a place worth visiting. Spacious room and all the utilities are of good quality. Professional service and good breakfast. It is a hotel for you to relax.
